Well first you should know that Melissa, the Operator, and the Queen are the same. We've established that through the Operator's Monologue. Look at the greyed bg text around midway through.

Now, by the previous posts, specifically the killer.jpg passages, it seems that they SPDR/Operator and Flea/Princess are against each other. Now that is still spec, but we know that at the very least the Operator has not acknowledge as to the presence of the Flea, despite seeing his footprint as mentioned in the MAYDAY text.

From the Widow's Journey we do know that the Flea is hiding so talking through images does support that certainly. And by profiling their behaviour I would say that the Flea also put Widow's Journey in the text, except that he didn't write them as the nicely-written proper English would suggest. The only possible author of the Journey then can only be the princess. So it is very possible that the Flea has access to the Princess's memroy bank, even though the Princess is still sleeping at the moment.
