fyi, I'm trying to use http://www.barcodesinc.com/generator/index.php to generate sample barcodes, and http://www.barcode1.org/pub/russadam/128table.html to decode them.

It definitely starts with the code 128 "start sequence". The first character may be a "0", and the third character might be a "9", but I can't seem to get all the characters to fit.

If that's the case I may have done it wrong, I only did it quickly, so may have some mistakes. I didn't notice any obviously missed though.

can someone do a yahoo people search on this person and see if it yeilds any info? i tried but am having trouble navigating the italian site and the US version doesn't check italian registrations. also, does the email name have any significance? hi to everyone, btw. this one looked too interesting so i finally registered. i am thinking that the two personalities using the email address are the same person, explaining why the shared knowledge of the nathan name and possibly why she stated that she felt like she should remember something. split personality? Barcode fonts as mentioned above. can't check them myself as i am at work (and getting nothing done now)

Hi ! I'm new here.. fell into this thread by chance... looks like we have a nice little mystery to unravel here.

I tried doing that. They don't fit together. I've tried everything I can think of with this barcode and I havn't come up with anything at all.. No number seems to fit anything. Arrrr.. brain...melting...

I also havn't been able to come up with any info on Yahoo.it about our friend there. Since the barcode thing is going so bad for me, I think I'll focus myself in this direction and let the "smart" people figure out the barcode. I can say that it's DEFINITELY not UPC. I tried scanning it with our scanners at work (They'll get numbers from ANY barcode) and they wouldn't scan it (wouldn't even see it). I'm wondering if the barcode isn't necissarily a barcode and means something else...
