The message tells us to check out new LARS functionality on the TQ homepage:

12/13/2002 - New! LARS Console Report Functionality

In response to the many requests and comments from our Players, MindQuest has added new functionality to the LARS Console in TerraQuest. The Clue Set area will now notify a Player of newly-received analyses by highlighting the corresponding exhibit. In addition, the Report tabs in the Exhibit Viewer keep track of how many reports have been received for each exhibit.
