There's MY biggest pet peeve about this one. People not trying to solve the game for what it is, but trying to connect it to the Halo universe as if that were the solution.

There's no evidence that this game is in any way connected to the Halo storyline, especially since that storyline takes place hundreds of years in the future. (Yes, the Ilovebees address appeared in a Halo ad, but the previous game by this company first appeared in a movie poster for AI, and it had nothing to do with AI the movie).

quick edit: It's assumed this may be by the same people who ran the AI game. Nothing is confirmed yet, I know. Smile

It does have SOMEthing to do with the storyline. It seems almost clear that Mellissa is an AI.
well, now that I state that I dont see all that much correlation between that and halo

Ah, yes. And I would agree that is ridiculous. People are reaching and speculating with basically no facts to support their ideas.

well IMHO I don't think we've gone as far as we can go with what we have yet... I don't think they'd leave us with nothing to do. I'm fairly sure that there's at least one puzzle on the website somewhere that we still haven't comleted.

Perhaps to reveal the 3rd chapter that might allow us to actually make some sense out of yesterday's email?

Also, to say that Melissa isn't an important character is, well, stupid... if you ask me. She's very real, she took pictures of Dana... Hence why Dana freaked out and ran off to China a month early. Something DOES seem to be missing inbetween the webcam taking pictures of her and her voicemail message. "I'm going away for a long time" ??? I dunno, is that really the first course of action you'd take if your webcam was spying on you? Well, added of course the creepy "bang! bang! bang!" messages on the website.

Back to what I was saying tho, Melissa is: 1, real. 2, trying to kill Dana. and 3, has actually written more that we have read at this point than the main character (Dana)!!

Maybe the Flea isn't as important as we think it is, but I don't think it's doing us any harm to speculate about him.

WE DO NOT HAVE PROOF THAT SHE WENT TO CHINA. We just dont. We know that she WAS planning on it. But the voicemail does not say where she is going.
