I think Cymraeg means "Welsh", but what does the welsh say. I know the long word is a town in Wales. -> www.llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.com

Cymraeg does mean Welsh. They're just taking the piss, though. Other than that town name, it's all gobbledegook.

I'm going to guess by the fact that they all rhyme that he's taking the mickey out of Welsh people especially since it ends with "floop girdle" - a task everyone likes to have a go at sometimes.
