The funny thing is, when I showed up here mid december, hungry for more after the end of The Bees, I was worreid it was already over, spent the next couple of weeks catching up and now I can't wait for the game to start! I'm from Cincy, I hope this has a bit more excitement and less repitition thn me waiting around while people go and answer phones! Right now I'm freaking out about Mayday and Neuorcam waiting for this to Kick Off!

Hello all! You are all certainly nicer to each other than those over at the www.Megatokyo.com Central forum where I normally frequent! Very happy to see so many people who seem to be just as excited as I am. All my friends think ARG's are dumb. I am yet another of those who came during the influx from penny arcade which I believe crashed the wiki of I love bees. What a wonderful experience that was. I was never as involved as I would have liked to have been, it being my first ARG and all, but now I am excited to be at the beginning of an awesome looking new ARG. I followed bees until school started and logged back on to unfiction only recently. I thought that I was too late for Perplex City, and was presently suprised upon learning the opposite. I actually remembered ARG's the other week when doing a project for my Anthropology class. I had to teach a period of this class on human imagination and fantasy as a project for it and had a little to say about ARG's. I don't think I have ever seen a more confused group of people before after my class heard me talking about ARG's! They really are a phenomenon!

Hi everyone! I, too, was a big fan of ILB, but didn't have much of a chance to play along. (I did manage get one axon in NJ, but that's about it....) It's only now that I've begun to realize how much of an addict I became -- I still listen to the sound files on my computer and have this vague sense that something's missing in my life. Is there a support group for people suffering ARG withdrawal? Or is the only way to get over the end of one to jump in and start another right away? Anyway, I'm looking forward to this one and hope to get a chance to do a bit more this time around!

This'll be my first ARG since the lovely days of Majestic. I hope it is enjoyable.

Hi fellow Beekeepers and New/Old ARG players!

I loved the ilovebee information sites (wiki), and I hope someone will create something just as easy and helpful to understand new and old information on Project Sysygy. So far I like what I've seen.

I think I'm up to date on the pregame...

Are there any obvious puzzles unsolved at this time?

Or are we just waiting for more stuff to appear?

Is the pregame over? (your opinion)

Thanks!

well just another note, syzygy will likely be a different form of arg than ILB was... ILB was much easier to follow in the puzzle sense, where syzygy looks to be more mystery oriented with puzzles/mysteries that may require lengthier periods of time, with different kinds of solving methods...

hopefully there will be some good resources Smile
but welcome! And yeah, this is still a waiting game (believed to be at the moment)

Syzygy/Perplex City Wiki. Check the beginners thread for more, and welcome to the board.

Yes, there is one puzzle left unsolved. You won't take long to figure out which one. I strongly urge you not to touch it until the game actually starts.

We're still waiting, as thebruce already answered.

The pregame is very much over.

There is no hard evidence to support this.

Or this.
