Former Ideltech Employee killed in Washington D.C.

by Matthew Connor, Associated Press, Washington D.C.

Sandra Martin, a former Ideltech Information employee, was found today by
authorities in Washington D.C. Four horses were seen running through
the streets with parts of Ms. Martins' body attached. Her torso was found in
a small parking lot, of an undisclosed location.

Drawing and quartering was part of the penalty, anciently ordained in England,
for treason. Until 1870 the full punishment for the crime was that the
culprit be dragged on a hurdle to the place of execution; that he be hanged
by the neck but not until he was dead; that he should be disemboweled and
his entrails burned before his eyes; that his head be cut off and his body
divided into four parts (quartered).

This gruesome penalty was first used by King Edward I in his efforts to
bring all of Great Britain under English rule. It was first inflicted in
1284 on the Welsh prince Dafyd ap Gruffydd, and on Sir William Wallace a few
years later.

"I was just walking towards work," says one witness, who wishes to remain
unidentified, "and this horse runs down the street, trailing someone's arm
on a rope."

"Who would do something like this?" asks another witness, "I mean I might
expect something like this in medieval times, but not now!"

Sandra Martin was currently employed by Omniscient Eyes, an information gathering
company, at the time of her death.

There was a note on each of the body parts. The note attached was from the
Restorers and all information was given to the FBOCA by local authorities.
Any information about this crime should be forwarded to them.

Shocked
