Just received this on my answering machine while I was out. Message says:

Not sure what it means but I'm sure it's from AWARE...

The method is: first letter stays the same, next letter Rot -1, next Rot -2, etc. through Rot -26 (same as 0), then start over. The "f" in "nevermorf" should be an "e", but that's how it decodes!

The quote is from The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe who is buried at Westminster Hall in Baltimore. I guess we're too late for the meeting!

 		Another way of thinking about it...
Idea It occured to me that its easier to think of this code as a Vigeneré cipher using a key of "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyza".

I now see that this had already been solved a couple of days before here by sdenton et al. Well done.
