 		I have noticed that all the messages to the whole group have been from MERCICONTROL to ELC3433. Can you send one like that to see if it goes to the whole group?

This code was used in a previous email and solved by Caleb here.
Simply, if you replace W by 0 and V by 1 and interpret as binary the code is:
A= 1 or 2, B= 3 or 4, C= 5 or 6,..., Z= 51 or 52.
