this is odd. It says

so they are releasing sen at 2:17 ET maybe?

Also the sig says have again, instead of had

Now, now, who is to say that Sub City Central runs on East Coast time? What about Chicago time, or better yet: GMT (UTC)? Very Happy

 		The 217 could also count the numbr of registered users. Wasn't there speculation putting it at 119 not too long ago?

 		I've had this email too.

Now, it says "Current Reintroduction Count at 217 verified", I think this means that 217 Players have been verified. Because we were all told that we were reintroduced when we verified our subjecte id's and prefix's.
