[OT] Concerning The Final Result From This ARG

Many people are racking their brains attempting to crack this seemingly well thought out puzzle, and for what?

What would the final result of the ILOVEBEES ARG have to be in order for you to feel you've not wasted your time?

What kind of ending to this puzzle would make you to feel completely unsatisfied or make you feel that you've been left hanging?

A rich enough conclusion that matches the well thought storyline (so far) is good enough for me (and probably most ARGers). I don't expect anything 'material' to come out of this ARG.

I agree completely.

All I'm insisting upon is a kick-ass story and an enjoyable chase after it. Anything else is gravy.

It'd be sweet to get more back story on the Halo universe, and to get a greater understanding of the forces behind what we see in the game and the novels, but I don't demand it.

The only disappointment I'd feel is if the puzzle is too straightforward or simple, or the story is lame. So far, that hasn't been a problem.

-- Steve thinks that anybody looking for a material reward at the end of this is going to be sorely disappointed on August 24th.

I want a Lifetime Made-For-TV Drama starring Scott Baio as SpaceBass

I want people rooting around in the planters near the Sears Tower.

"These cigarette butts are in-game!!!"

That's all I ask.

Y'know, there's no guarantee, express or implied, that we're gonna get anything from this game. The snarky implication of your question is quite clear, but a lot of us have been playing these games for a few years now, and I do have to say that the journey is the destination.

And, Wongmo loves you. No, really. You.

If the journey, the search for a solution to this mind-numbing puzzle, IS the destination, and the destination for this puzzle at this point is still a mystery then could we all also be defined as aimlessly wandering?

Krystyn, that is hilarious! Ok... I take it back, I don't want the Lifetime movie...

But, I would like (although please don't be an idiot and do something like this) to turn on the news late at night on the 24th, and see all these people arrested, wearing homemade Master Chief gear, for doing something terribly dumb like harrassment or something, i.e.:

Dork in homemade costume: I am Master Chief. Are you Cortana?

Security Guard at Sears Tower: Are you kidding me?

Dork: Um, I'm.. Master Chief. I, uh... love bees?

Guard: Please give me the toy gun... you're not allowed to have that in here.

Dork: THAT'S MY NEEDLER! NO WAY I'M-

{Guard glares}

Dork: fine.... So seriously, where do I get my copy of Halo 2?

Guard: Leave.

Dork: No way! Not until I get Halo 2! I've waited outside for like, two hours now, and I don't see the Queen, Dana, ANYONE! GIMME THAT GAME! (proceeds to try to search the Guard)

And that's how you get arrested, kids. And that would be funny. But don't do it, for the love of all that is good. You would just be proving your idiocy to the point of no return.
