Exactly my point, devolver... I don't think the addresses are what we should go by, since those are "assumed" by the program that generated them as "the closest address to that GPS point". And that's even been mentioned by Wishi-san, to be noted. So again, we can't take the addresses as canon, but we can take the DD GPS points as such. So the question that we STILL need to answer is "what does that get us?" And I really think until we get our next update in about 8 minutes, we're not going to know. (but I think the update will give us great insight.)

SpghEddy, just use the page I created earlier: http://qube.netninja.com/wiki/index.php?title=GPS_Corrected_Addresses. It's currently accessible only from "Phase 3 Updates". We may want to put it on the front page. Do whatever you want with it (it *is* a Wiki, after all).

Dorkmaster, Wishi-san used a reverse geocoder, very much like this one:
http://arcweb.esri.com/livesamples/v2/reversegeocoding/index.jsp. It only guesses an address. SpghEddy has come up with a way to take an address and get back our GPS numbers, exactly. Completely different.

Another reason I suspect the PM's used websites to get this data, not GPS units, besides the fact that it'd be in-game to do so: I think we're dealing with a small PM group here. None of the other puzzles suggests a large PM group. By looking at their work up to now, I only see about 5 or 6 roles: the actress who plays Dana, a graphic designer/artist, a webmaster, a writer, a puzzlemaster, and possibly a manager/PR person. (Dana even could be one of the other roles!) Admittedly they'd all have to be really, really good to pull off what we've seen, so maybe it's more like 10 or 15 people. But still, nothing suggests they have the resources to go to 200 different GPS points scattered across the country.
