St. Louis crew, + 1

I'll be trying to make it to some of the points in St. Louis, most likely the 7:11 and 14:53 points.

Dingis,

Maybe you could do some scouting if you have the time.
There is alot of speculation about payphones at these locations.
I've mapped the location in Stanwood and it's on top of a phone.
The 5:19 in Bellingham is at a library that has two phones.
The 10:41 has two phones in the vicinity (within 100ft.).

Other people are reporting similiar results but I can't find a payphone
anywhere on High St. (5:59).

Oh you're not looking in the right spots. Razz The coord looks to be approximately by the bookstore/PAC. Behind the bookstore is the main food court area, and there are a couple pay phones in there (one outside, at least one inside).

In the library across the street there are some payphones on the first floor.

And I'm pretty sure there are some public access local call only phones in haggard hall.

There may be too many phone options around there.

There are SEVERAL Cali sites left. Grab the Phil spreadsheet from the bottom of page 16 of this thread. Once you have it you can Ctrl+f to find, then Enter Cali into the search field, and then select Find All. Then you can click through all of them and see what is left un-attended. If you see a city close to you, click on the Map hyperlink and it will mapquest the location for you.

If you are familiar with the area, you should be able to get pretty close to the general location without a GPS. Remember that the general consensus is that we are looking for payphones so if you're searching close to the designated time for the site/sites that you select, keep your eyes and most importantly your EARS open!

I'm gonna hit 3 of the Baltimore, MD locations.

0938 PDT, 1026 PDT and 1114 PDT.

FYI, the 0938 location is nest to Camden Yards, the 1026 location is near the Baltimore Civic Center and the 1114 location is near the United States District Court.

Like to go to one in michigan but have a question?

I would like to head out to the axon point in michigan, but am not sure about one thing. What time do I need to be there on the 24th? Is PDT pacific time or something else? Time is really important if I need to be there for a telephone call so I want to be sure on this.
Thanks!

Hey y'all. I think I'll be able to make it to the Philadelphia spot at 8th and Market, however I'm not entirely sure because I do have to catch a plane that day... My mom's hooking up the whole plane schedule thing so maybe I won't have to go until later on in the day.

I know that there are already a few people dedicated to the Seattle area axons, but I can commit to the Redmond one.

I personally can't wait. Smile

Need some help with the Abnaheim spot, the address listed is 2565 Harbor Blvd. CANT FIND IT. Going north of Disneyland, the addresses go down to 800, then jump up to the 6,000 on thje other side of the 91 freeway. On the south side of Disneyland, the addresses go up to about 2200 then jump up to 12,000 or so. Help!

Sounds like anaheim will be a kewl crowd scene, the more the merrier. Someone already scouted it, can you give directions more precisely? HELP!!!

EDIT: TheAcme map shows it to be more by the shuttle entrance to Disneyland across the street to some shops there. Yankatage, email or pm me if you have a GPS to scout it more precisely, or if you need a ride there, I work off East St.

Dingis,

I would like to think that the PMs would try to make things as simple
as possible.
If this is a payphone manhunt they are probably aware that multiple
phones might exist in a given area.
The High St. (5:59) location (at least on mapquest) is on the south
side of the street.
I would think that anything on the north side could be eliminated out
of hand.
Or at least let's hope so.

P.S. I need to know if you can cover the 5:19. I will drive up to the 10:41
and if you have the 5:19 I can drive south and catch the Stanwood
5:31. I can't get the 5:19 in Bellingham and the 5:31 in Stanwood.

I drove past the Anaheim one just earlier today, didn't see any payphones on the street... Perhaps it's inside one of those shops/restaurants across from Disneyland. And dang, that area is busy, I hope we don't have to wrestle the phone away from an angry tourist.

So there are going to be a couple other people at the Anaheim one then?
