If you listen to jersey.wav, when Durga locks on to him you can hear a sound very similar to the "rewinding" noises that mark segments, except even shorter.

[SPEC] The noises could be the noise of a busily-working Durga. This would confirm that, as CoffeeJedi and others said, the recordings of Jan are, in fact, Durga's "better than that". Where Kamal's date falls in, who knows? [/SPEC]

Trout if you must, I wouldn't be too ashamed of missing a page or two out of 92.

So what we are saying is that the "I can do better than that" is that Jersey is watching this stuff happen?

Durga is tracking down Jan, not Kamal.

There is no connection between Kamal and Jan!

Ties from Jersey to Kamal

Bonita and Simon meet every other thursday at The Waterfront Hotel. They last had lunch where she had farm TUNA salad.

Adian and Celine are meeting at a restaraunt, which Kamal initially mistakes for a bar, where TUNA is on the menu. A restaraunt offering TUNA is sufficient rare for Kamal to comment on it.

I think this is the link to Kamal for durga.

Good point, except I think it's too suttle to be a connection, tuna is rare, but id doesn't mean that it isn't served in mroe than one place.

Well I finally got to the end of this freakin' topic.
There's been WAY too much repeatedness and rambling on from people!!!
Now that I've got that out of my system.

Uh, I can't seem to remember what I was gonna say.

Oh yeah. I believe that James James could be one of the other Spartans who failed the implantation procedure. Not positive, but maybe. And Jan James could be a clone of the original group and was genetically engineered better.

I think that maybe Jersey and Kamal could be the same person, maybe Jersey is a nickname since he lives in Jersey? I could be wrong, so don't trout me. I just had to say it since I've been thinking it since around page 50. (And Kamal and Hiro do sound like the guys from RvB to me)

I'll figure out if there's more I want to add.

So there is a Spartan James, and the fact that he is unaccounted for. Also some people say that Earth has no idea of the flood from what I have read. Also, there was talk about maybe some Spartan training after MC left, and people have alluded that the training may have been done on Earth. well at least it is food for thought.
