my theory is that 'emergency' comes after 'you_knew.'


in 'you_knew' James James says 'i'll take care of it'

...by burning down the police station that contained all the medical tests/records of Jan.

right, but the locations have also been changed a few times. maybe as they find ones that arent working they will change them to ones that they find that will.

 		Whoever said that each storyline (jersey, sophia, and jan) overlaps and occurs at roughly the same time i think that's right.


whatever jan does as she escapes from the millitary base;

1) sends 'Durga' crashlanding into Jersey's avatar ('dizzy'),

2) causes kamal and hiroyuki's comm device to cut-out ('parasites'),

3) causes a massive power interupt at the base ('blip')



Is it possible that Jan was just creating a diversion at the base so that her dad (or someone) could escape in a vehicle he stole from the base's motor pool?

I don't know, thats not what she told her dad in the car, and they seem like they are being honest with each other.

Jan does not cause the power failure. She gets caught because of it. BTW, Jan is the 'blip' on the security monitor, not the power failure. The power failure does seem to coincide with durga entering jersey's computer, but whether she caused the power failure or used it is just spec at this point.

it seems to me like in the gap between the interrogation and the fire, her dad explains to her that she is whatever she is, and that she knew it on some level. he says its on him and his unit, so it seems like she is a part of it. it seems to me like he is some kind of supersoldier that has passed onto his daughter, which she knew, because of her sticking to ceilings and jumping off of buildings, but that its not her fault or her choice, she is that way because of his military changes or whatever that were passed onto his offspring. i think he's just saying, hey, you didnt make that choice, and you're still a child, its not your fault, i should have been more careful about things like that, and i'll fix it (read, burninate the countryside).

 		when you put all the waves onto a play list, it counts up to exactly 20 minutes and 15 seconds.
I don't know what that is significant, but it's a nice clean number...

 		has anybody else wondered why 2 navy sentinels were trying to get into jersey's computer before durga destroyed them? what spec do we have on that?

Wouldn't 20 exactly have been cleaner. Or, seeing how it is bungie, 21 for goodness sake. 20:15 seems kind of random to me.

I kind of see this as being similar to the mutants in X-Men.


another point...

do you think when he says,
"i should've said 'it's on me, my unit.' i should've controlled the situation."

he's referring to Jans incident at the base, or a significant event from the past that somehow led to this?
