Ok, just to clear this up, it's very easy to establish that Kamal is the male character throughout both dates and 'Beer'. First date, the guy is talking to 'Hiro' on his earbud, dismayed at getting dating advice from Chapter Three of some book. Enter 'Beer', wherein the guy walks in the door and speaks to 'Hiroyuki' about Chapter Three. They further talk about this guy being set up for a date by his mother, who lives on Coral. Enter the next date scene, wherein the guy and the woman discuss mothers and being a mother on Coral in particular. It is in the course of this dating discussion that the guy reveals to the woman his ability to hack the Chatternet and spy on people. She talks about Aiden, finally gets the nerve to ask this guy to spy on Aiden for her. Lead into the message on Kamal's machine regarding the results of exactly what Sophia asked him to do, namely spying on Aiden.

The connections and the thread of the clips are very clear and well defined. Nick, if you still don't see it, let me know and I'll try to explain it in more detail.

No really, a change of tack.
Here are some things I think we should be considering and trying to understand.
1) Whyare the Kamal, Sophia, Celine, and Aiden characters even brought into this? The best guesses so far seem to center around Aiden smuggling the James family onto Earth. But I would argue that this information, even if true, doesn't gain us much, if anything. Leading into my next point.

2) Melissa is expecting her crew (us) to do something with this information. She's expecting us to respond to it somehow and help her. We need to be thinking about what action we can now make with this information. We need to be figuring out what avenue Melissa has made available for her crew to respond back to her. We know easily how to communicate to the SP, but how do we send answers back to Melissa?

Just some grains of sand for all of us to start forming some pearls around.

the reason that emrgency is noted with asterisks is that we dont know extaly where it comes in, but it is the general concensus that james james set the fire (or arranged for it to be set) after fidning out about jan taking the tests(blood urine, retinal scan, etc) and before you say anything about you thinking the fire happened somewhere else or anything about the fire, trust me, we have had this discussion MANY times, it always ends up with everyone eventually realizing that james was responsible, and that it happened after the tests, because that is the only way it makes any damn sense.

yeah, the signal seems to be when mellissa is calling us or not.

but as to the order, i think they need to be grouped looser. i think emergency is set by james, but we dont know when chorologically or how it affects anything else. the grouping i think is because the recordings for blip, parasites, and dizzy all start at the same time, when the power comes back on. it seems like this is related to durga coming. maybe we need to have a table instead of a list for when these occur, so we can get the order for each storyline, and the time for when they all occur (and the holes that we have or may have in the timeline).

ok maybe that will work... i emailed ladybee777 that we have recieved all of her transmission and gave her order the order i just listed as if it were a set of pashphrases, asking her to confirm the order of the transmissions

i think that order works perfectly fine the way it is, if we try to do it any other way, it becomes disjointed.. and it allows you listen to them all

otherwise you are trying to avoid figuring out the big picture... and with mergency where it is, it fits with what jj says he'll do. it FLOWS...
