we know that this isn't the "stupid" cop first pqi-interrogation he makes, in fact he says he's "Good at his job". He knows she's lying, and he knows that her reaction when her dad entered wasn't normal. He says "Hm. There's a spike on the baseline...". Being freaked out when your parents show up in a situation like this would be normal. I don't think the cop's stupid, i just think Jan's smarter than him, that's all.

BTW Who's supposed to be a terrorist?

 		the AI in the dizzy/escape etc. wavs is most definitely melissa. just listen to what she says! what with Escape, survive etc. and the stay awake part, i remember reading that.
