Welcome HonkyTonk!!!
Did you ask the lady at Tomorrow's Talk about Dread House????
Maybe that is the next step - perhaps this is part of the quest, to find out what happen to those poor souls?
/me is all excited about the ARG, but still hoping there is a real TV show for this.....[you] knows how much she likes reality TV.

Hey Yanka- where did your cousin hear about this site?
My cousin reads all the reality show casting notices. She originally found it here , and sent the link to me after she saw the Online Advisor thing.

I've called all Tomorrow's Talk extensions last night (their voicemail directory was available - it listed 5 vm boxes - from 82 to 86). Anyway, you could also get 3 other boxes (87, 88, and either 80 or 81 - that one was a strange one: just a woman's voice saying "This is [Sarah? Dana?]").
But now there is a live guy answering their general number!! I wasn't expecting anybody to pick up, so I freaked out and hung up. Their number is 718-250-4171, in case anybody wants to talk to him.

Waitasec... how did get into the VM system and navigate around? Detailed instructions would be helpful... the other game going on now, I Love Bees, or whatever you want to call it, has a number you call and I think all the message says is "This is Dana," so if they were on the same system that would be pretty huge.
Thanks!

It's different because Dana's voicemail is a personal voicemail--like on a home line. The voicemail for this Urban Hunt thingy is on a large voicemail system for multiple users, so it's quite different. Probably on a Startalk Flash system.

I don't know about that. When you hit * on Dana's VM, it sounds an awful lot like my corporate VM system. Give it a shot. It asks for mailbox numbers and passwords and such.

I'm not sure how to get into their voicemail thing now that there is a live person answering, but you can try calling later tonight (I'm guessing the recordings take over during "non-business hours"). It starts with a general "You reached... blah blah... To leave a message for [this person], press 8x". So, last night I found 7 boxes (I think, I have to check when I get home).
I suppose they do have it set up so that the box owners could check their own messages, and I think it'd be really cool to hack into a vm box (something I wished we could do in MU ), but whose? It's not like there is any information about any of these characters that could potentially be interpreted as kloo material.

I called twice yesterday.
Call one: I asked about game dates and she referred me to the site. I then asked if she knew anything about Dread House. She stuttered a bit and asked where I had heard about it. I told her I received an email that mentioned it and TT studios. She said, "It's probably just another production company." I accepted that and said goodbye. Maybe we'll prod later.
Call two: I asked for Lisa Roman (casting director). I was put on hold for a minute or so, then she said Lisa was away from her desk and asked if I wanted to leave my contact information. I was about to go, so I declined. I think we need to talk to Lisa.
Monday, I'm going to try to pose as a journalist and score a phone interview with the PR director. Wish me luck! Anything in particular you guys want me to ask leave here.

I called the secretary (female), and asked for Mr. Rowan. She put me on hold for about a minute, and then came back saying he was not available, would I like to leave a message. I asked him to call me and left my #. I'm gonna try a bit later to see if they do that for all names or if that means he actually works there.
(added)
[SPEC] I think this phone number is a phone answering service, not a live office. All the responses feel like the people you're talking to don't know anything about TT specifically, just enough to answer phones.

Monty called and tried asking for Random Guy, and they took a message for him too. Looks like the fact that they took a message doesn't mean they know who he is or that he'll get it.

So...Called TT about 30 minutes ago...Got the male receptionist. I asked for just the "HR Dept," trying to avoid the VM hell...And after being on hold for about 20 seconds, the male receptionist broke in to tell me they we're answering and asked if he could help me. I explained I was trying to find out who designed the website. He told he didn't know, but did tell me that Sandra Brown and Ron Daubert both would be "in the office" tomorrow morning, suggesting I call back then. Anyone else been told when to call back yet?

No. This is new.
I'll try in the morning then.
BTW, has anyone thought to do a reverse lookup of the phone number?

Nope, but I did since you asked. I don't know if there's a better method, but I tried it out at www.whitepages.com and didn't get much:

I have a few links that I can reverse lookup the phone number and get an address. I'll do it when I get home tonight.

I called this "morning" around noon. Same old thing - got the male receptionist who hesitated when I asked for Sandra, transferred me, and then after some hold music, took a message and contact information. Though I doubt Sandra will call L. Winters' Advertising back about a "media opportunity."
I wonder if the receptionist just said that to Karmic so he'd stop asking questions . Or we just missed it. Anybody have better luck?
