[QUESTION] Dana's Blog error(s) this was pointed out to me just a little while ago.. it may or may not have any significance, but at this point, I think any information is good to know...
the most recent topic on Dana's blog site was misspelled. I had the site up in a web browser, and someone asked about it.. sure enough, it was misspelled. I refreshed, and it had been updated. I wish I had saved it before hand to check for other errors/clues. It may be nothing, and probably is nothing, but I figured someone should know.

Is there some sort of timelined archive of the changes to the site?
ie, the actual pages for ilb and the blog?

I knew I left it sitting on my desktop for a reason.... According to view source on the old document, the time of posting is 8/24/2004 09:24:03 A.M.
The newer version, with better spelling, is dated 8/24/2004 09:42:14 A.M.
All the changes I can see are the topic, related links, and said timestamp. But, if someone wants to do a full check, let me know and I can e-mail out the page sources for someone with webspace to put up.
I'm going to watch my e-mail flood now.

8/24? that's not possible... it had to have been today.. I opened the page this afternoon, and refreshed it tonight.. (speaking as if it's still thursday night) ... I don't get it...

I can verify what he's saying. The change happened tonight. Timestamps can be forged.

She's using Blogger. Post without Publish adds the timestamp but only when you Publish a post does it actually appear online (with original timestamp). That's probably what happened. Especially when using blog clients, it's easy to hit the wrong button, even for a seasoned PM.
That, or you all have dodgy webcaches

It's also easy to change timestamps if you know your blog interface.

Sorry, I checked against 3 different browsers on two different computers. No cache issue there.

wrong button, or maybe we were supposed to see something... but again, I doubt that.

I'm new to the ARG scene, but I would guess that if we are supposed to see something, the PM would leave it up until we found it.

Well, clearly. It's just as easy to manually edit a page, isn't it? But I don't think this was forged -- I was explaining how it could be a simple mistake. If it were important I think there would be more obvious information. Caged within the bounds of two websites it's easy to start jumping at shadows.
