Please let me know if my locations are wrong. I'd appreciate any information about the phones themselves as well.

catherwood, Lady Kata, and Leftbrained:
You three seem to be the only ones doing the Palo Alto axons, but the locations would be nice, with phone information too.

Thank you! Smile

pita

P.S. Does anyone know if the Sausalito axon has ever been found and/or answered? To my knowledge, it hasn't, but if anyone has scoped it out, please let me know. Thank you.

I've only been to a few near campus, and none of the ones in downtown Berkeley. Additional info I know:

08:47 PDT 37.868933 -122.25715 Berkeley: on Bowditch at Bancroft (Urban Outfitters corner): 2 phones, right phone
17:11 PDT 37.866867 -122.258633 Berkeley: Channing (south side) west of Telegraph (Joy's corner): 2 phones, left phone(?)

I think the Berkeley phones might well be ripe for picking for all you potential crew members out there (of which I am not one), if Melissa is indeed personally making calls next Tuesday. I don't think too many got answered last week(???).

14:59 At the Caltrain station at the end of California St. Phone is easy to find thanks to catherwood's and Leftbrained's great bee sticker.

16:59 On California just a block away from the Caltrain Station. The phone is right next to Mollie Stones. It is also marked with the great bee sticker.

17:49. Inside the Sheraton Hotel on El Camino Real.

Hope this helps with locations. Wasn't able to make last week's axons. I'll be able to hit the 16:59 and 17:49 ones this week.

For the Palo Alto Sheraton, I also put a bee sticker on the right-hand phone of the pair during the first week it rang, but apparently the cleaning crew removed it. Did the same right-hand phone ring the 2nd and 3rd weeks?

Thanks to my virtual teammates for answering the ones later in the day. I'd like to claim the 3:00pm one (14:59) this round, because that matches well with my daily 3:20 errand in Mountain View. The extra trips are tiresome, but since i'm making that drive anyway...

P.S. [Off-Topic] of interest to people in SAN FRANCISCO, Beau Bonneau Casting is currently casting extras for a movie. If you are a military type male and can work 2 nights in October... I have the details; you can PM me, or you can visit their website http://www.beaubonneaucasting.com/

Yes, it was the right hand phone of the pair.

Okay, all. I'm so gonna join you guys starting with 13:47 to 17:25. Yup, you guessed it, I'm gonna skip my "Texturing & Lighting" class this time!

You guys, we so need to exchange cell# so we call all chase together and garanteed ourselves a spot in Melissa's roster.

Updated SF BAY recipe2 sheet

The spreadsheet mentioned above has been updated with some location-specific info (particularly Berkeley).

Grab it again!

Anyone going for morning axons?

How MOODY can BLUES get?

Hi Everyone.
Let's see... tomorrow, I will only be trying for 15 SF axons. Wink

I'm looking at myself reflections of my mind,
It's just the kind of day to leave myself behind.
So gently swaying through the fairyland of love,
If you'll just come with me you'll see the beauty of

Tuesday afternoon.

The afternoon, because the wee hours are for staying up until, not for getting up in. Rolling Eyes

Palo Alto 9/28

Hey there, fellow Palo Alto axon hunters... My schedule for today has taken an unexpected turn, so my above claim on 14:59 is removed. It's up for grabs! If it doesn't go hot today, I can still return another day to enhottenate, but chances are it won't be necessary to unlock the group. I'm also not really eager to become part of the Spike Crew, so even if I get a random live Melissa call, I'll turn the phone over to someone else.

So, head out to Palo Alto today! I'll see you if I make it.

I will get that first one, so I most likely will not be at the later two.
