Still, nice job. We were ready this time, at least, unlike last week. Plus, the coordination can still help in terms of pictures. Being west coasters, we have a lot of the later axons, so we should be able to see what "classes" or whatever from the Recipe5 page still need pictures, and try to go for that. (So if we only need one more engineer or whatever to unlock a wav, we can be sure to take a picture of that.)

I am unable to confirm the axon in your current evidence is a verified
number. Further initiative on your part required.

Do not disappoint me.

11:29 enhottenated. Standard recorded call, nothing unusual. I knew I found the right booth because someone drew a tiny bee on it.

Got a passerby to take a photo of me looking stupid, hope it's good enough. Didn't get a chance to get any red balloons in the shot, so I dunno what to do to communicate w/ SP. Will upload shortly.

SuperDiamond experienced some hardware incompatability problems at
the 11:15 axon. Be advised, even though the last two weeks were
successfull, the phone is malfuntioning and never rang.

I believe my photo is unusable. It's too fuzzy, and you can't really see what I'm doing, so I don't believe Melissa will accept it. Good luck to the rest of you.

Hey guys. I'm planning to bring my guitar out to the 14:36 axon for the Band & Entertainment specialty. I will bring a tripod and can set my camera to delay shot, just in case no one else is there. It would of course be easier if SuperDiamond is there too. I also printed out a full page color Rainier Company logo, and will include that in the shot. It should be pretty good. Smile

Wynn, I talked to SuperDiamond and he is planning on being there. The odd
thing is that this was before I saw your post and he said that he "could do
a band/entertainment" thing as well. Sounds like you guys are gonna have
a good time. Take some extra pics for us!!!

At the 17:50 axon, I will have props, camera and hopefully a special message drawn up for the SP. So if you haven't gotten your picture taken today, come on down. I have enough for anyone (mechanical, science, band/entertainment) who can make it.

At the very least, show up so I don't have to ask a stranger to take the picture. Very Happy

Update from the field

Sorry to intrude, but I don't know which threads people are reading.

Melissa asked someone in the field to relay this information to the rest of the crew:

1. There will be a reward for the picture with the most rank and file crew members in it.
2. All that the rank-and-file pictures require is salutes at a payphone.
3. Melissa wants to bring Dana into the fold. She said that Dana would respond well to kindness.

My phone rang, but voice recognition failed to take.
Guess I'll find out if she'll call me tomorrow.

You're welcome Smile http://www.insomnimania.org/gallery/2004-09-11/P9110015

If anyone else wants to, I've attached a higher quality psd of the logo for printing/fiddling with.

I'll be at the Factoria axon with a camera. Hopefully someone else will show? Please? Smile

I snuck out of work, and drevilq37 and I took photos for the Medical and Engineer categories. However, he's planning on going to an axon close to 5pm, and the current spec is that these photos need to be in before the last axon call, which is at 6pm. Since I know him personally, I know he lives a LONG way from these axons, and I'm thinking about calling him and advising him to skip the last axon so he can go home and get the photos in.

Didn't want to do that without input from you guys.

A reward is to be given for largest group photo!! Dana will respond to
kindness!!

How many people could get to a single axon and still leave enough
time to send it? Should you abandon your posts and meet in one place?
Hold up papers with big letters saying "We Love You Dana"??
