Hey Jeremo. Welcome aboard!

The Ruben phone is just to your right as you enter the building. If you go the the NYU bookstore on Washington Place, there's a little alcove on your right as you enter. The people in there will be well aware of ringing phones and most likely follow you in as you go to answer it.

We should meet up tomorrow if possible (do you live in the area?) to talk a bit about it. These forums suck.

We don't know yet whether or not we'll need to activate multiple axons or whether we can stay at one phone and answer it all day, or whether still it's the same thing every time and they just want to make sure everyone has a chance to hear it, so we have to be ready for anything.

A lot of the people over in the Sunday coordination thread are convinced we'll be running from phone to phone. I'm not so sure yet. Get back to me.

There are only three axon locations in Manhattan among the new Recipe8 coordinates.

They are all ringing at:

11:40
11:50
12:40
12:55
13:00

The locations are:

5th Ave. btw. 39th and 40th
Central Park West and 67th
Madison Ave. btw. 74th and 75th

Looking at the update to the Recipe8 page, it looks like it's a simultaneous grab as many as possible scenario. all of them are chunked out like normal, but each sound file gets a separate time slot. also, Digitally l33t and I scoped out the NYU bookstore, and it's closed on sundays! one less axon we can hit. I'll be at Reuben what looks like all day, doing my duty for the cause Smile

Not true. I believe all 7 are ringing.

If they are all spaced out as 0/4 for each wav, that means that YES, you can wait at one axon all day.

So assuming my logic is right, I'm taking the Empire State Building.
Centipede! Can you give the exact directions to which phone rings in the building?

EDIT
I have all of the times and locations of the axons ringing in Manhattan tomorrow. If any of you guys are out there and need ANYTHING, just give me a buzz. If this interests you, just send me a message with your contact info, and I'll send you mine.
NOTE: Do NOT call me at 13:05 (4:05PM) under ANY circumstances. That's my personal call.
