[SPEC]More Axons and Halo 2 release

I was looking at the hivekuts page and noticed that there are nine more goodies left and there are nine weeks till halo is released. It seems to me that we might get new coordinates every week till nov. 9th. Anyone agree? If this has been discussed then trout away.

i think i speak for a lot of people when i say: i hope not.
Looking at the way it's gone so far, the game has been really fascinating, with new things popping up, new puzzles and so-on. I sincerely doubt it'll wind up just being a glorified easter-egg hunt across the States for the next 9 weeks, as that would completely undermine all the creativity and effort that's gone into it so far, and drew in such a large audience.

Yes, but hasn't that been dwindling since the 24th? Now we seem to get riddles, Axon, email, riddle, Axon...

And even the riddles just seem to open more Axons. The story seems to have shifted to mostly audio at this point.

i think there's another shift to come.
the way it's gone, i just can't see the same people who've put all this thought into it, to keep it going the same way for another 9 weeks. Like i said in another post, i think the only difference is that, at the moment, we can't see the timer to the next stage. Before, we knew something would happen on the 24th. This time, we're running round on errands, expecting some great mystery to be unlocked each time, and i think it will come eventually,

it's the story

I am confident enough to predict that we won't be confined just to axons.

The game started when the axons went live with the Operator, or Melissa, asking us to help her assess her damage as she can't determine the "nature" of the voices. Now she says she is concerned about the incoming transmissions, or text to that effect.

We will need some way to communicate our analysis of the .wav files to it.

Also, the threat on the first page of the site sounds as if Melissa will be in a position to interact with us in different ways.

I think the axons are just the beginning of the communication process with the Operator. We had to go through a process to get communication going with the Sleeping Princess too.

Hey, if operator can interact with payphones what prevents her from accesing Dana's voice mail? Maybe thats what all those things about "magic words" is about.

Similar suggestion in this thread.

Well as we can close down on these stories, I'd say we have at least a week left.

But I'm wondering if the game will change a bit once Melissa hits the recipe links instead of the fun facts ones.
