The Princess came through and added my number to the list as well... Melissa is calling me at 13:50PM (Look for "Banchee, LT").

As to whether I'll be able to make other calls... that depends on if I'm working the Charger/Raider game that day. I'm *supposed* to, but if we don't have enough adults to work the booth, we lose it :-p In one way, that would be bad (no fundraising money), but on the other, I'd be able to attend alot of phone calls!

P.S. Kamen, were you at the McD's last Tuesday? You should have come over, the Princess wanted to talk to other "friends"!

I was there, here's what happened:

I got the time wrong, which meant I was there at the previous time (12:23). Which is stupid, because I *NOTED* that before I left...but work was horribly busy, and it slipped my mind.

Anyway, I got there, no ring, I think, 'oh boy. I should check the library.' So I go to the library and wait for a computer to check the time, all the while realizing that I really shouldn't have left work on that day of all days.

Time passes, line ends, I get the computer and time-check: 4 minutes.

It takes me three minutes and 50 seconds to tear off across this huge, crowded parking lot and get back to the site--where I see you walking up to the phone.

I jump out, walk out briskly, come up and see that you have the list and are making the call, and then I check my watch and realize I've been gone for an hour. I spin around and tear off back to work.

(Of all axon days, this was the most critical one as far as 'should not leave work' quotient. So I'm a little sorry, but my goof on the time meant I had to leave.)

i dont understand why there are five times that all say northside mcdonalds...id like to help but that list of times is confusing

Assume there is either a continuous live call, or a succession of recorded calls. We don't know the format yet, it would be foolish to speculate. Also, there are obviously some duplicated times, and the list may be subject to change (it was changed slightly each of the last two weeks).

Treat it like normal, for now.

I see four major points of action. There is no reason that people can't cover all three of the sequential ones, but the pulses would be a little tight.
NOTE the football game is at home! That means TRAFFIC, especially at Northside, and travel time is an issue!

Ideally, someone should probably be at 1), someone else at 2) in case 1) can't make it, people can cover 3) as they wish, and then go to 4) to finish it off. I will definitely be at 1) since that's when my call is.

Bring some quarters and get there a bit early. If they are sequential calls, your phone may need them.


1) Northside McD's, 11:40-11:55 (and me)

2) Morena Carl's, 12:15-12:35

3) Cabrillo/ECB 7-11/Zoo pulses, 13:05, 13:15, 13:20, 13:30 (and celina/banchee)

4) ECB Taco Shop, 13:45-14:10

Okay, I'm going to try to do the first two phases. It would be greatly helpful to know if someone was planning to cover phase 2, or anything else, so I don't need to rush so much against the traffic.
