Should you add an option of "Undecided" or "Need more Info"...The majority opinion may very well be that we just don't have enough information to make a reasonable guess.

That's a good idea but unfortunately it's too late.
On the other hand, it's an opinion of "when" you think it's taking place
not if you've decided "when" it's taking place.
