Does anyone have a 'filled in' crossword they can post? there might be something else, like a Caesar cypher?

going back to the u and i thing: now that we've received the email from jon, i'm thinking the response saying you were being too literal might have just been an early accident? seems it was placed there in anticipation of trying something out once we received the email? dunno, just thinking aloud, i guess.

U and I clearly have some significance, but they might also be an indication of 9 and 21. hornchurch crossword clues 9 and 21 answers are "blood" and "serpent" ("fluid of life" and "snake") though fluid of life could be water.
