[META] Dear Sleeping Princess

My thoughts on the SP are constantly in flux. I think that's due to us really
having nothing concrete to go on.
Sometimes I think that she has learned from fairytales. Other times I believe
that she is manipulating them to gain our trust. Then people like
AlexofMaceidon come along and whip my head around with things like this:

http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6414

Everything SP describes is in fairytale language. I know that some have
written to her with some fairytale lingo but here's a new idea.

What if we write her some short fairytales that elude to her/our situation
and be suggestive with the narritive? An attempt to slyly manipulate her
behavior. Do it in a way that is not blatant and offers the PM's another way
to interact with us.

I would try this myself but my inspirational writing has never been that
inspirational.

I've recommended this in another thread, but here goes:

Send the PM on the other side the scariest pictures you've ever encountered AND hide messages in them.

One problem with that, and I'd like an answer on how to do this:

How do you hide the messages? I've had no luck when trying to do that. Any sort of specific editing program?

I have sent her stuff from Winnie the Pooh involving his thoughts on using balloons to get honey from bees... But I did this after her first mention of balloons.

Save the picture as a gif, open up in notepad, add message. This will corrupt the image.

OR play with two different (but same height and width pictures) in photoshop so that the difference between two images produces a message.

OR use bits of blue checkerboard overlay (The thing you get in Internet Explorer when you select an image) to camoflauge the message. When the person on the other end highlights the image in Internet Explorer, the message will appear.

The best way to send the PM the pictures is NOT to attach them, but to host them somewhere and have them embedded in html-formatted mail.

The PM's are probably not openning attachments for fear of viral infection.

I was thinking....

...see, we have a character here that likes fairy-tales....

...we're in the Haloverse....

...I can write....

...ergo, bedtime story!

I'm actually starting right now - it's fanfiction, and the story they're reading her is "The Princess Bride," with "reading" meaning "they're coming up with a text transcription from the DVD," and "they're"....

..."they're" meaning these guys.

I have a few pre-readers already - I could use a couple more. Hopefully, I'll have at least one part done before we hit the triple seven axon count. If interested, PM me.
