[QUESTION] All Links axons are hot, but did we get them all?

Disclaimer: I searched and looked and read but found no reference to this (I did not go through the 109 page Axon thread).

So all the round 1 Axons on the links page are now Hot and Connected, but I don't think we really got to them all... Did Melissa just update them all and marked them hot, even if no one ever got to them? If so, then the 777 really does mark end of game or end of stage/level.

If we really did get them all, then great work everyone!

OK, so the ones we got read AXON CONNECTED, and the ones we did not get read AXON CANCELLED, but still count towards the 777 counter. So it is a certainty that 777 axons will be revealed, even though we will not need to get to them all unless the threshold/axon ratio is increased 1.

Nola, the ones not gotten are not all forgotten. Melissa deleted the info from the links.html page but she used many (all?) of the ones we got plus some amount of the ones that were NOT gotten, plus added new ones. You may recall the two at Potomac Mills Mall that I kept whining about. They appeared in the second set even though they were not gotten. Two other DC sites that were not gotten are on the list for next week.

It may be Melissa gives it two weeks before she drops an axon. Then she doesn't cancel them (that only happened once), they just don't reappear.

I see what you are saying, but if you check the links page today, there are many, many Axons that read "Data Archived, Axon Cancelled". That means we did not get to it in time and is no longer firing. But the important thing is that now it has been counted towards the xxx/777, even though we never got to it. It may very well be that the pay phone is used again for a different message.

So, as long as we get to the threshold in each different wav, then we can forget about the rest, and still get to 777. That's what's important about this.

Only one axon that was cancelled because it was impossible to get was added to the bar on top. No other cancelled axons were. So we still need to answer 400 or so more phonecalls to get to that 777. If they would just add some axons a little north of Pittsburgh, I could help out.

axon watch statistics

I've been looking for a good place to post this... Here is what I have for statistics on the axons as of today (at 11:50PDT):

Code:
HOT successes:
  5 of   6 on recipe3.
135 of 210 on links.
193 of 324 on hivekuts.
000 of 360 on killers.  (assumed coming on Tuesday)
  1 cancelled
-------------------
334 of 900 total given (assumed)

443 more HOT needed to reach 777

My only problem is that I thought the "errored" axon was not counted towards the total count, but apparently it was.

I agree with Astald.

I don't think any of the cancelled ones have been counted in the 337 count (as of this morning); that's only phones actually answered. Now maybe she gave us one or two cancelled ones as freebies (note the change on Charlotte NC today), but I think we actually have to get to the phones to affect the count.

I stand corrected. the xxx/777 count is not Hot axons/total axons, and the cancelled axons do not count. Right now we have 900 total axons. 777 is yet another threshold (arguably for something big). At least that puzzle is solved.
