It seems to have something to do with Linux.. the comments are real interesting, but I don't quite get it. This is sort of embarassing, because I use Linux. Maybe if my computer recognized more commands, I'd get more out of the page?

Looks to me like someone had their filesystem overwritten, not even having "cd" anymore. HDA1 is at 99% use. "printer on fire" means an unhandled error was encountered on the printer port, and "kernel panic" means he is just done

http://www.geekstreak.com/enc.exe actually dls a small 36k file. (with my luck it's a virus but norton's says it's not but I think it needs updating)
I'm not sure I want to try it.
and what's with all the wierd line that keeps changing when you refresh?
so far I've seen:
They suspect nothing yet. They only comminicate through a feeble messaging system. Some sort of threaded board system.
What of the creator?
Nothing is suspect, yet.
The three.
No, we need to cover our tracks.
Yes, sir.
Oh ... they were ...
Message relay active?
What others?
Are we transparent yet?
Good. Let them never know.
Yes, they'll receive us.
Is this medium transparent?
Where are the others?
Do they know?

I'll only chime in once, because this needs to be said:
The EXEs are part of the game, and are not viruses. If any admins need proof, I'll deliver the source code.

I tried rearranging them into something that makes sense:

Yes, they'll receive us.
Are we transparent yet?

Do they know?

Of course, I'm a total linux n00b, but I understand .exe is not exactly a native file-type
Will this run on Linux? If so, I'll try harder to make it work, but otherwise I'm not going to put in more effort.

The FTP transcript results in an additional file being added: FalseEndings. It is a plain text file.

The only way to correct such a thing is to discover how to live.
Yet, to live is to die, or is it?

enc.exe askes for a password. Everything I have tried so far results in FalseEndings.
I suck at finding hidden messages in text. Anyone see anything in FalseEndings? I suspect it is the password.

Not unless you have WINE.

something new on the page:
