[QUESTION][TROUT] We now know...Request for an updated guide

I'm really sorry to do this, and know how rude it is for me to ask... but I've been AFK for about 2 weeks (since just before the 2nd set of axons went live) and it just seems like an overwhelming amount of new information has been dumped on us.

Is an up-to-date analysis of the sound files et al availiable? What are the main theories? If no guide exists ATM, could somebody give me a rundown?

It shames me to ask, but there seems to be simply too much new data to catch up with while keeping up with new developments...

Thanks if you decide to help, and my apologies if this is übertrout and flamebait.

I love the taste of trout, but a Question and specifically this question is, by definition, not trout. (I can search and linkage to a moderator post if necessary to support this statement.)

There is no central summery of all of the new theories, SPEC, WILDSPEC, wavs etc.

The closest you will likely come to a centralization of everything we (i.e., the players) know is at the Wiki.

Additionally, when you look at the Haunted Apiary catagory, specifically under the Quick Reference section, there are several very useful links contained within the description of this catagory.

Also, Dana's Blog is a useful place for newcomers to this ARS (I refuse to call it an ARG after this discussion.) to gather the essentials of what we have sent to Dana about our beliefs and the things that Dana has confirmed as being accurate. (Note, it has been SPEC'd that Dana is only posting stuff that we generally agree on, and not 100% of it is on story. Specifically Dana has never posted anything about the Covenant or Halo until after we players started sending her many emails regarding those topics.)

I wish you the best in catching up.

or if you're looking for an analysis, or the entire transcript, of all the known audio clips w/o spec, The Axon Plot is available for your browsing...
