Check the "what to say" thread in the Axon Coordination forum - I think the Philadelphia axon is about two weeks old, but to be safe you should probably be familiar with all the old questions and the current one, just in case.

Other than that, all you have to do is find the phone (ha! that makes it sound so simple!) and answer it. Easy.

From peccable's last post it sounds like someone needs to check inside the Wachovia building during business hours. But keep in mind that while the coordinates may point to the address, they could also be pointing to something else. No way to tell until you try the phones, but one alternative (used several times in DC) is payphones in nearby subway stations. Some payphones have been found up to a block away from the coordinates.
