I'm not sure if this is what you were suggesting, but I don't think that CMH/seventhsons sharing the same 404 page means that they are related, or that Charles is a member, etc. Very possible that the PMs just used the same webserver for both domains.

I'm not saying that there isn't a possible connection... just that there's nothing to even suggest such a connection yet...

Well, what I noticed is that Urban Hunt, Tomorrow's Talk, Dread House, and Urban Mythology all use different 404 errors.

It may be a coincidence, or maybe not. I don't know.

There could be some sort of meaning to the color progression? Red-White-Black...

Those colours reminded me of something, I wasn't quite sure what, But then I remembered that in XenoSaga, there was some sort of philosophy that included a progression of those colours, Rubedo Albedo and Nigredo. Something about Jung or Nietzsche.

Or it might be alchemists...
Quote:

And let's not forget the focus on colour in alchemy, from the black of the nigredo, to the white of albedo, the red of rubedo, the yellow of citrinatus, and the peacock's tail as the rainbow whole).

The red, black, white, and yellow circle is known as a medicine wheel to many first nations people. It's signifigance (probably entirely unrelated to the game), is described here: http://www.sootribe.org/medicinewheel.html.

Image is now sslogo.jpg and the alternate text for the image (don't know if it was like that before) is "The Seventh Sons".

Anyone think that the suffixes of the names mean anything, something like 2,1,2,0? or if we group sslogos together and images together, 20,12?

we were talking about how sslogo2.jpg is different from the rest...
It seems that the original fleur-de-lis and gold ring was passed
through a cubism filter and then overlayed on top of the purple gradient and the maroon background. Here is my attempt at recreation. Pretty close so it seems this is all that was done to the image as none of the logos have detectable steg either.

I was wondering if the color might in some way indicate the method of accessing other pages in the site. So today you might go to http://www.theseventhsons.com/blue (that doesn't work though)

Thought it might also have some meaning to look at it as the hexidecimal color assignment.

9A0000 - red
FFFFFF - white
000000 - black
00???? - yellow
000099 - blue

Is green next?

theseventhsons.com/000099/ or /000099.htm or /000099.html don't work too, just in case.
