sapagoo, I think it was you that counted 469 axons in preview mode? I'm not in IRC right now, but I think that's the number. Week 1 crewmembers seem to be represented, as well as freshly-recuited songbirds from week 2 (take a look at the updated 404 page at ilovebees to give a listen, hee!)

Apparently there is one phone being called 11 times in a row?!?

Confirmed: 33.922767 -084.342483 gets hit 11 times. I grabbed the GPS coords & ran them thru a sort filter to check. Just in case other are interested, here's the file. Coords & times are valid as of 1:03pm 1/10/04

 		Oh heck. The only one near me is, once again, the North Ogden phone that doesn't exist.

Sigh...

Maybe I'll make a run at a few of the Salt Lake axons. It'll take quite a bit of busriding, but I've got a nice big 7 hour gap between classes, so I can probably manage. Smile

That's not "one phone" it's "one location" - the Perimeter Mall. This is like that string of Union Station axons we keep getting. Even thought it might be 11 in a row, it's going to be different phones, possibly not located near each other.

Right. and really, this isn't news. (since I only count ten) This is the way it has been for the past two weeks (ever since I listed 2x that many at the location.) Kaptain Klank is usually there to help me cover.

As a bit of trivia, both of my melissa chats have happened in that location.

so are all the axon locations from now on going to be ones that have been picked up before? i think that would make sense story-wise, since mellisa is only broadcasting to those she trusts. can anyone confirm this? can we no longer expect any NEW locations? if so, that sucks... and the rest of us are just spectating.

well one in Pittsburgh this week I know has been called before; But I've been told the phone is broken. So I doubt it was ever answered successfully.

It hadn't been called the last couple weeks at all, either.

That probably doesn't answer your question fully, but thought I'd chime in.

 		They seem to have removed one of the normal Lafayette ones and replaced it with one that was previously exclusive to recipe3.html. Good thing too, the one that's gone is hard to hear.

 		I'm ready to nail at least one of the 2 working Axons in Minneapolis. I got the top_hat axon there last week, so I know I can hit that phone again (this time it's at 8:05), and I *think* I know where the 8:39 axon is as well. Sadly, Mellissa keeps on ringing a phone that isn't there at the thrid MPLS axon...

There are no new axons THIS round that I know of, but last round there were four more axons in a new area on the other side of town in a mall in Albuquerque. So I think new axons are a possibility.
