//Captured during field examination of Pottsville on 12/10/03 by SpyBot001201
//RUNNING FILE transcripts/wild_card_gang/deal.txt
//Jack_Of_Spades (Hereby referred to as Spade): I'm bored!
//Queen_Of_Hearts (Hereby referred to as Heart): So? Why should I care. Go get a six pack and pass out on the couch.
//Queen_Of_Diamonds (Hereby reffered to as Diamond): Yeah, get 4 six packs, and make it snappy.
//Spade: What, am I your slave? Your 4 of hearts? I think not. Get it yourself.
//Heart: You said you were bored, so make yourself useful.
//Spade: Just because I said I was bored, doesn't mean I'm going to make myself useful.
//Diamond: Hrmph. I was looking forward to them too.
//Heart: Do you think about anything else other thank drinking?
//Diamond: Jewlery.
//Heart: And besides that?
//Diamond: Men.
//*Heart rolls her eyes*
//Diamond: What do you want from me? Not like you like anything else.
//Heart: Hey, I like plenty of other things!
//Diamond: Like what?
//Heart: TV.
//Diamond: Everyone likes TV.
//Heart: Ooohhh..... How about this?
//Diamond: Do I hear a deal coming on?
//Heart: I think you do.
//Diamond: OH! OH! A DEAL! I LOVE DEALS!
//Heart: How about I help you go knock off Murphy Jewlers on Centre Street, and you help me knock off the candy shop, and we'll call it even and drop the conversation.
//Diamond: I dunno... you're getting 2 things for the price of one.
//Heart: I'm getting candy and a dropped conversation. You're getting expensive jewlery to add to your collection!

Amusingly. The page is called "Shhhhhhhhh" (The sound of white noise)

And there is a picture of static (often called snow)

Yep, that what it says. But given what it looks like you should check it to make sure I didn't mess something up.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

It's that double equils "==" at the end.... Didn't somebody say that == was a dead give away for base 64 encoding or something? But this is letters instead of numbers... Could it still be the same?

It's a command.

Entering it takes you to a very interesting news article from exactly a year ago today...

Just for the record... The links on the side in red... Those take you to the real version of the page... "seek & win" is a red herring... Embarassed

At the risk of sounding obvious,

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Rachael (the Queen of Hearts) = Rachael Requiem, Steven's girlfriend?

EDIT - I've sent a message to the Yahoo Group to see what Brendan thinks.

Quite possible spoiler/spec

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Quote:
Along with Walsh were some strange artifacts. One was a very rare and expensive doll that Walsh had been carrying with her that broke in the crash, and another was a shard of a beautiful black stone. Police believe that possibly the stone was contained inside of the doll, and had broken out when the car violently crashed into the tree.

could this black stone be a shard of the darkness crystal? i bet so!

Wild card Gang

Just remembering something here, didnt Brendan mention he was attacked by a crazy jester? That could have been this Joker Ryan??

Quote:
<Holy_Brendan32> They saved me from death in New York, when I was thrown from the Empire State Building...
<Holy_Brendan32> By a horrific jester who was holding me hostage to extort money from the city.

Just a thought, not sure how it fits yet.
