[SPEC] Contacting the Pious Flea

Judging by the emails we've received (at least, those of us who haven't betrayed anyone *cough, weephun, cough*), the Pious Flea is concerned about the Sleeping Princess, and is trying to enist aid in finding and freeing her.

This, I suspect, is where use of the SPDR-esque command codes will come into play. I've already sent an email with a whole bunch of command codes and data about my "character" (PFC Peter Walker, 255th UNSC Marine Battalion, yadda yadda yadda), and here's a copy of it for everyone.

Quote:
local:

!label transmitter>PFC Peter Walker, 255th UNSC Marine Battalion (Black Omega Mob)

!set mission(transmitter)>seek extern proc 2 (label>Princess)

!set trust(Melissa,reason0)>0,erratic

!set trust(seeker,reason1,reason2)>80,honest,consistent

!set trust(Princess,reason3,reason4,reason5,reason6)>95,friendly,consistent,honest,amusing

net:

!init transmit proc 0

success

!seek extern proc

success

!list extern proc

extern proc 0=Melissa

extern proc 1=unkown

!label extern proc 1>seeker

!hndshk seeker

!transmit label(transmitter)>seeker

!transmit mission(transmitter)>seeker

!transmit trust(Melissa)>seeker

!transmit trust(seeker)>seeker

!transmit trust(Princess)>seeker

!wait response(seeker)>(transmitter)

recurse

Hope this helps the SP Krew get the Flea's attention and tell it that there are other people out there worried about the Princess!

I believe this makes number six. There are already several threads dealing with the attempt to save the Princess. I would suggest posting in any of those 5 to your heart's content.

Maybe we can title the one with the most responses a little better? It seems to be overlooked fairly frequently.

Aw, crud. Trust me to be only the sixth guy to come up with this idea. (At least my version was pretty damned verbose and came with [TV Infomercial Voice] its very own FREE logical deduction! That's right viewers, a FREE logical deduction! Just send the Pious Flea an email, and you too can get your very own FREE logical deduction! Email him now, he's standing by . . . Melissa! Now he's waving! Yes, that's the Pious Flea![/TV Infomercial Voice])

But in al seriousness, would some kind moderator merge all the PF contact spec into one big thread and stickify it, please?

(And please pardon the silliness, I'm hopped up on caffeine, sugar, and lack of sleep.)

I suggest you look at this thread.

Many people have posted their responses to the SP 9/24 email in that one.
