Well each time you hit a dead end in the maze, you get 2 letters. Perhaps we have to travel to each and piece them together?

Of course as I say this, I realize that many of the dead ends don't give you letters...

Third edit: I found this pretty much just going right at every possible time, then backing up and going left

I guess the 'pieces' are the snippets of text we encountered in the 'maze'. They form the email address, so that could be the key to get in.

I also tried the colored text from the new page:
