No, it's not; unless American (or wherever original poster is from) BBV stores have a different uniform from Canadian (where I used to work). The stripe on the collar should be further down, and yellow. Also, you should be able to see the top of a yellow stripe on the chest, and a Blockbuster logo. That is, if it were in fact a Blockbuster uniform.

I used JPHide&Seek which is apparently like the worst steg program ever, so that might be the problem.
