[OT/Spec] I had a dream...

it was the end of a commercial, and it was for Halo 2, or a Halo movie or something... but there was a lot of space battle going on, the heat of a climax to a war, and they zoom in on this guy's face... (this commercial is like an enormous media blitz, because it's like teaser with this next clip that just blew my mind)... it's commander Sinclair from B5!! The look on his face is utter shock, disbelief as he (I'm filling in here) is reading an incoming transmission... in despair, he starts naming out the people we know about in ILB - Herzog, Standish, Johnson, Keyes, Morelli, and a few more from the books... he's naming them in shocked disbelief as he finds out about this top secret confidential Spartan program - the answer to the missing children, all of them - and all these people are behind the conspiracy! And at that moment flames envelope him and the last Babylon station is utterly destroyed in a massive explosion and then you hear the Halo theme arise... that was about it... don't know if it was for the game or a movie, but man, that woke me up this morning like I had a revelation! Like I knew the whole plot behind ilovebees and all this top secret confidential military intelligence was revealed to me! and the Babylon project was humanity's last, best hope! (sorry, had to Smile)

but imagine if there was a B5/Halo crossover...

don't even think that's possible, but hey, it was a dream right? a dream given form... Smile

That gave me a great energetic start to the morning Razz

What, get JMS to write for the Halo comic Mehve was polling about on bungie.net? I think that's about as big a cross-over as we're going to get.

-- Steve does note some similarities between the Monitor and Kosh, however. *gasp* That's it! That's the key to the Halo 2 story! The M#@^&%!--- [transfer interrupted]

I couldn't sleep at all last night because I told our beloved SP the wrong path to pick. I felt so horrible inside. All I could think about was helping this innocent little girl find her family. I'm so glad pita(with the help of all of the new crew) gave her all the correct paths to take. I'm happy she is free, and back with her family now.

I can't believe I let this game get to me on such a personal level that it would affect my dreams. I'm glad I'm not the only one though.

My dream last night was more about zombies in a Resident Evil/Silent Hill crossover. I would have loved to have the ordenance from Halo available...

i also had a strange dream... I saw myself as a cereal killer. There I was holding the dullest spoon in the kitchen, and on the floor lying in a pool of their own milk were Captain Crunch, Tony the Tiger and the Trix Rabbit. I think I behaved this way in my dream just for Qix, Cheerio for now
