That's Melissa's original mission! Is it possible the PF EXCHANGED or HIJACKED Melissa's program and switched her into a babbelling flea*ish idiot??

A parasitical bond between PF and Melissa... they're stuck together at the proverbial waist, only PF stole her body and is now supressing her cognative abilities (AKA: The really messed up way the PF speaks)

I dont know if you can call it a parasitical bond anymore. Ill give you that PF is able to whisper things in her ear and give here suggestions but he does not have control over Melissa and he did not steal her body. we have gone over this in several threads, if he had full control over Melissa, then he would have known where she was and could have let her out or prevented Melissa from locking up SP in the first place. but he didnt so PF does NOT have control of Melissa.

Vector you missed it, I was actually about to make this post myself, but it appears I was beaten to it, so I'll just make like its the first post, cause I think Arashi was a little to short in the explanation of the theory.

Note: Until now we have not heard anything about "Durga" and, until about 1 hr ago, I was relatively sure that Melissa IS Durga (backed by one of the new sound bytes again, I think its called, the play and ending noises Jersey gets are the same WE get, just keep that in mind)

We all know that the PF at some point had very heavy influence on Queen, just look at the bunch of SP's stories for god's sake.

But lately PF has become more and more friendly to SP, and the Queen ever more distant, and with the mantra change (Resist evade etc. to reveal behold etc.) completed (it was halfway for a long time and just look at the 404 page now, its completely over to what the Flea's was) and now we see that the PF is holding Melissa's old mantra!!!!

*note* to make the above paragraph more in game accurate just replace the word mantra with 4 priorities or some programmer stuff that is what the mantra really is

The idea is simple, if not possible to defend until now, Durga was Melissa, but PF took over and made some sort of switch, replacing parts of Melissa/Durga's programming with is own, and taking on the parts Durga's programming into himself. Now that the switch is complete, Melissa/flea intends to destroy Durga completely, not good people, not good at all.


Well this is my second major, and I think genius, spec that I've tried to bring on this site, going at length into all the facts that support it, and for some reason it still pertains to the AI's relationships to each other, I guess it has become my specialty now.


This being good, as I can't answer any axons!

Mainly i dont belive that PF has or had the full control over Melissa that we have given him. He has been able to give Melissa suggestions that she trusts and follows. Why would she belive suspect crew members as to what her mission is over her own processes? I think of him more as a suspicous advisor rather then a mastermind puppet master. refer to post above for notes on the lack of PF ability to contorol Melissa.

With the newfound friendship between SP and PF, and SP new ability to talk to PF so that he can understand her (the new contactme.html) and with our ability to make suggestions to SP through ladybee777, I bet that we can give PF instructions thourgh SP. Maybe we can get him to tell Melissa that Dana is not a threat. This sounds like a much better idea than telling Melissa where Dana is, as has been suggested in other treads.

My main point, is why the heck are we trusting Melissa and doing everything she says? she is an insane, broke, amnesiac that wants to kill Dana. Stoping her from doing that should be our focus.

But, as many have said before, the Princess is a complete unknown.

And the Flea is probably COVENANT. You know, the guys that want to exterminate the entire human race?

I've heard these speculations before. In my mind, who should we trust?

No one. We trust the story.

And to be frank, Melissa is our only avenue of two way communication. We haven't been able to talk to the Flea at all, and the Princess remains fairly aloof. Well, she did remain fairly aloof, but now she's talking to people. Still, Melissa dictates the place and time of that communication

I was shocked at the turn the game took, but to be frank, what could we do? If Weephun did not give the Princess up, the game wouldn't have proceeded.

I don't think anyone really trusts Melissa. It's just that the story is our first and foremost goal. And how do we progress the story?

By reluctantly playing ball with the various entities on the website.

As to the parasitical bond, remember why Melissa made the axons? At the urging of the Flea. And when the Princess was captured, who did we turn to? The Flea. The little bugger definitely has an effect on Melissa, but he couldn't stop her from capturing the Princess.

I think what the Flea does is most equatable to brainwashing in human terms. A reasonably long process of turning and altering human thoughts, or in this case, AIian thoughts.

Hold it right there, buddy. ThePrincess is quite contactable, on the breakdown of Melissa on the axon calls, and SP *IS* recognizant of teh spArmy.

I still dont see the Flea as Covenant inthe slightest. Am more of the trinity state of mind. Sure, the stored memories pointed there, but our fave multiple personality isnt....

we can contact the princess through ladybee777 like we have been doing for several weeks now. and what kind of contact do we have with Melissa? she is half out of her mind and we have been playing along doing everything she says, and this with the generaly accepted idea that the flea has full control over her. well if he flea has full contor over her, and he is a covenent process. why the heck are we helping melissa do anything!?! the members of melissas crew that do anything she says unthinking are just as brainwashed by the flea as melissa is.

That said, i dont belive the flea has that level of control but i do belive the melissa is insane and the through the princess maybe we can stop her from doing something foolish. We should stop letting her lead us around and take action of our own

What do you propose? I'll happily help. I believe much as you do, Melissa is insane. If there are better paths of action and better strategies they letting Melissa dictate our interactions I'm all for them.

What should we do?

For one tell Princess to get the Flea to tell Melissa that Dana is not a threat.

This is a direct action that we have been give the clues to being able to do today. we may need to help her out by building the code that PF needs to use to tell Melissa that Dana is a friend. I might try to build it but im not much of a programer. some one else want to pick that up? a call to arms for a royal programmer!

I have already sent an email to SP telling her that we are here to help and that the Queen is after another girl and wants to put her in a glass coffin too and we need her help to stop the Queen. we will see if anything comes of it.

Of course.

Though, technically that'd be me as "snorlison" supporting the Princess, but underneath it's the same guy.

I'd love too help with the coding, but that'd require a much better grasp of the SPDR code then I have.

At least there's a course. One of the most awkward things about ARG in ilovebees is not knowing what to do until the next update.
