here is what i just sent to CP:

I made sure the sending adress and reply adress were Dale's by creating a fake account in outlook. With a bit of luck they'll reply to the email box we have access to.

I would advise against other people trying it out, we wouldn't want CP to exclusively pass through Bruce... Wink

Oops. First thing I did when I found that site was send them an email using the code at the bottom of their email as the policy # (whose inclusion, having worked at an insurance company once upon a time, was standard procedure in all correspondence with customers which is why I assumed it is the policy #).

I wasn't quite as crafty with the email address but your email covers that so we shall see if either of us gets a response.
