Simple really; Durga will be able to read biologically the amount of trauma and his vitals. He IS dead. So dead.

 		What I'm confused about, is where does Rani fit into this whole story? I don't think I understand where she came from - just kinda appeared, and doesn't seem to (yet) have any ties into the story... or maybe I'm missing something?

 		Yeah, I think Durga would know if it was somebody else. If Durga says he's dead, then he's dead.

As for who's out there, my thought is it's just Gladys. JJ might have still been worried about Gilly's mental state and not want her involved. But of course Durga wouldn't have those same reservations...

 		Rani is most likely the candidate that Herzog and Avi were talking about in candidate and key_lime. So far there really isn't much connecting those stories to these ones.

 		Mekiwi- this spec has support as far as I can tell, its not that I just think it or want it to be true, the voices don't line up. I listened to each at least 3 times together. If you listen to big_dog and then DTF, you hear the voices of J^2 are not the same (please go listen to se if YOU hear the same thing)
This leads me to believe J^2 is not dead.

Papamarx- Go listen to the wav's and tell me there is nothing to base the spec on. When I first heard it I was sure to, but upon relistining to the wavs I dont think so anymore.

HUH???? She flat out screams Daddy in the wav.

A flash Clone???? Do you people not read what we know of flash clones (mindless, muscless blanks).

There is no doubt WHO was shot. Whether JJ is dead is (barely)still up in the air.

Actually Durga wouldn't KNOW if he was dead for sure..all she would have is the recording that we have. She does not have vital signs on the man. She could quite possibly be wrong.

Having said all that I am pretty positive he's dead. it would just be...cheesy...to bring him back from the dead so to speak.

How would she be able to read that? I've not seen any indication that she could do that. Tracking him yes, recording things happening around him yes...montioruing vital signs..no
