As I posted on the Wiki, I think that Harmony could possibly just be a wartime operation. One of many predetermined plans to deal with a possible threat. Due to this plan being "instructive" it could well be a reconnaissance or an infiltration mission to determine exactly what happened to the Apocalypso and/or Troy.

SPEC:

Harmony is mentioned immediately in conjunction with Troy. My SPEC is that Harmony, like Troy, is a human planet. Something happened with regard to a Covenant attack on Harmony that gives the Older ONI agent (likely McKrittick's Old Man, and possibly also Melissa's Castaway, which would make him Jason Morelli) insight into Covenant intentions.

I'm sorry if this is a little late, rose.

As far as my knowledge extends, Harmony has no significance or mention in the Haloverse besides Ilovebees. There are...hundred of colony worlds if IRC, and there's only been a mention of very few in the Halo books and ither material associated with the game.

It probably has some significance to the story of Ilovebees, but I don't think we can figured it out through Haloverse methods.

Looks like we gotta wait for the story to reveal it self in it's own good time.

Oh, BTW, do you mind if I use the Unfettered Rose is my signature?
