It's been up for all since page 3 of this topic.

Wasn't working for me at the time, but whatever.

bruce: How does SOUNDS LIKE fit into the knock-knock jokes?

the punchlines begin with words that "sound like" previous lines of the joke..."hammond" sounds like "ham and" and so on.

bruce: Also, regarding the Braille solve, catherwood pointed out earlier that 'ing' has its own compound letter. So there are enough:

O L D W A S (forwards)

The next letters are SINGLY reversed (flip each, not all five):

H
ING
T
O
N

I don't know... but it is a bit odd to just have one clue for a puzzle...

edit: actually, this week alone, merciful and divorced_beaurocrat have just had one clue, so it could be unrelated... but 4 clues for 1 puzzle definitely seems odd.

Maybe the opposite of a 'big chicken'? Daredevil? Hero?

We have:
"the chicken likes bizarre holidays"
a picture of a chicken
a list of prepositions
and sounds like

That would be 4 clues to 1 puzzle

Yeah I was just thinking the same and edited my post above. I'm still not sure sounds like makes much sense with a bunch of punch lines to knock knock jokes, though.

Well I really like the Opposite Day suggestion because a lot of those prepositions have opposites. The big chicken is still throwing me off.

Ah, I've discovered the problem now. The program I used to dump the text into the file made the file size larger than it should have been. Opening it in an image editor and saving it again fixes it. There shouldn't be a problem next time (if there is a next time).

I think the big chicken is just to link the picture clue to:

I once knew a chicken who was a huge fan of bizarre holidays

No, i was agreeing that 4 clues to one puzzle may be too many

In the list of prepositions, 41 are given. I began to eliminate the opposite pairs, and the odd word out might just be 'opposite', which is a preposition itself.

So Opposite Day for Jan 25 doesn't seem at all far-fetched.

Heh we're going in circles =D I completely agree, and think we have just 3 clues left, for either 1 or 2 more puzzles... just saying that sounds like still seems odd with knock knock jokes, but I don't think sounds like is a clue we need to be worrying about!
