I sort of did both -

Opposites:
ON OFF
OVER UNDER
AROUND THROUGH
AFTER BEFORE
FROM TO
WITHIN WITHOUT
INSIDE OUTSIDE
AGAINST WITH
BELOW ABOVE

Other things that seem to go together:
BEHIND BESIDE
BENEATH UNDERNEATH
BY NEAR AT
BETWEEN AMONG AMID THROUGHOUT
ACROSS OPPOSITE
ABOUT ROUND
PAST BEYOND
ASIDE ALONG
IN TOWARD
INTO ONTO

I'm not very good with 'sounds like' stuff, but let me try...

UNDERNEATH sounds like BENEATH
WITHOUT sounds like THROUGHOUT sounds like ABOUT
ASIDE sounds like INSIDE sounds like OUTSIDE
ROUND sounds like AROUND
IN sounds like WITHIN

That still leaves OVER, BEHIND, AGAINST, INTO, AT, BELOW, ABOVE, BESIDE, AFTER, UNDER, ONTO, ACROSS, BY, BETWEEN, AMONG, TOWARD, THROUGH, ALONG, ON, PAST, OFF, OPPOSITE, FROM, WITH, AMID, TO, BEFORE, NEAR, BEYOND.
Anyone else wants to help grouping the remaining ones?

Missing Clue?

Are we sure that the embeded info extraction was comprehensive?

Have all the images on the pages been examined? Inio, was your searching comprehensive? I will check myself later, but only have snatches of time right now as I am still at work.

Another clue could help alot if it exists!

I checked all clues against my master list of image names that I've been using for the last few weeks. All images and their clues are accounted for.

So unless there is a new image somewhere or more than one clue in an image...

Do you have a link to this master image list somewhere?

Might mean the results from Inio's automated script, which compares versions and posts the most recent changed pairs: http://true.inio.org/bees/puzzles. (Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work too well for me. Probably a browser problem of some sort. Bah again.)

Allows you to find homophones and "sounds like" words.

Only 15 hours left in the first day for prepositions...

Then again, we're the beekeepers, not the Cloudmakers.

I like the idea that there's another clue hiding, but I'm sure that those who searched for the clues were thurough in their search.
