What I was asking was: in order to help unlock animal_fat, can the picture of myself be one at home or does it have to be an axon pic?

Yes, it has to be a picture at a payphone, unless your already a VERIFIED CREW MEMBER, in which case you can take a picture with your cell phone. You can include your name, rank, occupation, and a cell phone number, but even then you may not become a crew member.

Try taking it at home, it seems like she replies quickly, so you can always try something else if she doesn't accept what you did. Just saw this on recipe5:
Quote:
Crew: You have until midnight PDT to complete your task. Commendations awarded for the most crew in a single image. Do not disappoint me.

Must have missed that, or else it's new. Either way we have 7 hours left, so we may make it after all.

Since Rank and File pictures are the only ones needed-

Should we (mods) start a new thread telling people that we have until midnight PDT to email picutres of individuals saluting infront of any payphone?

Whew! What a busy day! I have been at my companies User's Conference all day, but met up with Daboking to get some axons pics. Here is a picture of his Spartan daughter Michala. Smile I have a few others of myself and him. ATDT got the Vacuum picture before me, but I'll post mine anyway in a minute.

Kidk and I got our call, but it was recorded. We still took the opportunity to get pictures, though!

We submitted them as Mechanics, but I see that the mechanics are already full up, so who knows what's going to happen?

You are to be commended for our initiative today.

Edit: Pictures got accepted. Party on, Wayne!

Photo, response

sent this to her with my photo

Vac Suit Tech.

The rest of the crew at this Location (16:14 PDT 38.543151
-121.743038) are non combatants. As the sole combatant here, I humbly
request permission to recruit indigenous trainees for zero-g combat.
These trainees will be under my command as a zero-g combat platoon,
with your permission.

Although I am certified in vac tech (prefer to wrench on my own vac
suit), my passion is zero-g personal combat. I have attained the rank
of "Zero G Ninja - Blue Sash" in my previous unit. However as a new
member of your great crew, My ranking is up to you, though I would
prefer to use my old rank.

I shall have a platoon ready by the time you are ready to use us.
Humbly request permission to change Axon name "38.543151 -121.743038" to "Davis Crew" (non combatant research unit), and "Zero-G Ninjas" (when you need to call my zero-g personal combat platoon)

Over and out

Ok so I tried again and resubmitted as follows (axon contact info pic not included for obvious reasons):
Quote:
Operator:

I have done as you have ordered Melissa. Attached is a picture of me using my handheld analysis unit decoding the axons from the current recipe. Attached is also the contact info for the axon. I am following with 2 new recruits that I discovered while at the axon. They were more than happy to help the cause once I explained what I could without revealing mission critical and confiential information. I am not about to comprimise the security of this operation. The first is Pvt. Charlie Mitchell. The Second is Pvt. Amanda Petersen. I know 2 isn't much but we need all the help we can get in gathering our crew back together and proceeding with the operation. I await your confirmation and further orders.

All of my crew members must know how to find public axons.
You have until the end of the day to resubmit visual evidence of your
skills with a more public broadcast device clearly in range.
Do not disappoint me.
