Stormy Axon Crew

krystyn...i love that picture of you in the bathroom...wait...that doesn't sound right.

Hilarious.

We here in Orlando had a good day hunting. Four were able to make it to our precious little axon. I haven't heard confirmation from the others yet but I received a thumbs up from the Op.

It was short and sweet:

Took the first pic while there were only 13 engineering crew listed, but by the time I could send it in, the axon had been enhottenated. "Oh well," I thought, "Every ship can always use one more electrical engineer who can't dress properly."

Just to be safe, I sent in the second pic, along with a version featuring a "private, unverified axon"(read:cell phone) on my shoulder instead.

I described the one I'm showing you guys as "featuring the motto of my section displayed upon the ceremonial sashes made for us by our children before our last deployment."

Got the "Nice work, soldier" response, so I'm a happy PO1.

Oh, and sorry for the size. /me blows at image compression... Rolling Eyes

I suggest people going to an indoors location (like a mall) and getting together 25 random people, the first ones you see, get em to salute and snap a pic. Then go make up names and ranks for each one! Come on people, we don't want to see melissa dissapointed, do we?

I already posted this here but I got a live call. Told mel I was a navigations specialist (even though the quota for those has been met already). Here's the pic I sent her.

I submitted a photo for Gunnery Sergeant Guano from bungie.net.

It is blurry, but you can still easily see the payphone (and the salute).

Quote:

You are right. This visual is hard to make out, but I do recognize
the axon and the crew member's salute.
Submission accepted.

There was an interesting poster on the wall next to my axon... and I don't want to sound like a trout, but there were 343 crew on the Apocalypso. Melissa's response was fairly abrupt compared to the earlier ones that were posted. I think she's getting tired of looking over and answering all these mails.
