Can we just choose which activity we do?

I have a wetsuit (for the scuba) and maybe flippers, but I won't be able to get them until after work (around 15:30 PDT). To the axon is another half hour. Should I bother, or is someone else going to do it first?

kali, there is no way Melissa knows what each axon looks like. If you are going to do scuba, get your gear and take a pic at any payphone.

Here's the proof:
Quote:
Visual proof of crew members mustering at ANY axon ANYWHERE and displaying their skills must be sent through the Killer's comm channel.

Also, I think we only have TODAY to submit the pics. So they all have to be in before the last axon of the day.

I took the end of the boacast day to mean by midnight tonight, otherwise how could you upload a pic of the last axon call of the day? also this would give people without digital cams to take a picture and get it to a 1 hour photo place and get them scaned in by the end of the day. Im really hopeing this is true as i wont be able to get to my digital cam untill later tonight...

ANYWHERE may be misleading.

I am unable to confirm the axon in your current evidence is a verified
number. Further initiative on your part required.

Do not disappoint me.

Melissa is proud of me

Just got back from some more Dallas Axons, took my photos and shot them off.

Here's the email:
Quote:
astrovanmancomm.jpg - Lt Astrovanman displaying his tech comm skills.
astrovanmanandgiladasalute.jpg - We salute you, Melissa.
astrovanmanmap.jpg - Lt. Astrovanman displaying his nav skills.
giladacomm.jpg - Lt. Gilada displaying his tech comm skills.
giladamap.jpg - Lt. Gilada displaying his nav skills

and the last 3 are from a sequence of shots,
giladaparatroop1.jpg, giladaparatroop2.jpg, giladaparatroop3.jpg

Lt. Gilada displaying his low altitude paratrooper skills. I go where
angels AND fools fear to tread.

Here's Melissa's response:
Quote:
Congratulations, Lt. Astrovanman and Lt. Gilada.
This is excellent visual evidence.
I am especially pleased to have such a skilled paratrooper on my team.
I am very impressed.
Please share your evidence with other crew members and tell them how
pleased I am.

Now, please excuse the quality of photos, they're from a cam phone, and 3 of them were, well, quickly taken...

Laughing Laughing Very clever. A paratrooper without a chute! Those are impressive skillz! Wink

That's awesome Gilada! I didn't think Melissa would like our paratrooper idea, but apperently she accepted it.

I'm working on my pics right now, I'll post em later.

Here are the pictures we took at the 1148 axon.

The first picture is of the Berkeley Crew at the 1148 axon, performing their skills.

From left to right:

Medical - Lieutenant AceOfSpades, with cotton swabs and a bottle of painkillers.
Entertainment - Major Panda, juggling three balls.
Nav/Comm - Lieutenant Adam, with a GPS locator attached to wrist.
Entertainment - Chief Petty Officer II Stitch, singing.

The second picture is of two passer-bys that we recruited on the spot. They are saluting.

Hi, everyone!

I have a favor to ask. I have a cell phone that will only send pictures to other phones. If someone has a phone that accepts pictures and from which they can email pictures, could I send you the picture and could you email it back to me at phaedra_amunetSPLAThotmail.com?

If you could PM me with your phone number, that would be great.

Thanks a million.

My friend and I went to 7 axons around Denver today and took a few pictures, but none were live calls. I sent her an email before we left with pictures of the things she wants, but she sent back an email saying they weren't good. heres the email:
Quote:
Since I started making contact with my crew, there has been a
disappointing incidence of sabotage and betrayal. I am requiring
visual confirmations of my crew and their abilities.

Visual evidence insufficient. Axon not in range.

You have until the end of the broadcast day to comply. Do not disappoint me.

does this mean she will still accept one if i send her one later today, even though it wasnt at an axon when it happened, or it wasnt live? if anyone knows, let me know. I might have time to get something together by midnight (but im in school for like 3 more hours and then i start at a new job tonight, so it might be tough, but i can make it work if i have to). someone let me know if they have any answers. thx

i do not think she responds to all she accepts or rejects... I feel pretty confident that she took mine from 10AM this morning as comm/nav with headphones. (great minds think alike, eh gilada-yall were AWESOME)
