Lol I'm really glad you guys got your axon in the Springs! They decided to confuse us up in Denver, they mixed up the entire order, lol. I'm sure crystalx3d will come up with a handy map to show exactly when they are, but since I'm not that creative, I'll just list them. The axons are all the same ones, but the times have changed. Please note that all times are mountain time. If you need better descriptions, go to the first page, I'm lazy and don't want to do all that work over again Wink

Auroria Campus:
10:32-the broken phone
10:52-the first one from last time, on the corner
11:08-the set of two inside the door
11:15-down the hall, near the other door
11:18-the set of two again, inside the first door
11:48-in the lobby of the science building
Union Station:
12:50
12:51

Laramie Branch

Hope the Mile High Squad and Pike's Peak Hopeful's don't mind, but I'm going to post up the Wyoming / Laramie Branch info today.

11:48 PDT 41.313438 -105.58394 Laramie WY

The axon is in the west end of the physical sciences building on the first floor, on the University of Wyoming Campus.

12:00 PDT 44.463879 -110.099773 Pahaska WY Wyoming 11 km SW of Pahaska

Which has to be at one of the ranches out that direction.

And for John:
17:31 PDT John Galt Lt. Cmdr.

See you on Tuesday John.

Ok everybody, I've updated my original post listing all the Colo axons/times. Check it out here.

I can get to the ones at metro no prob, but the two at union station happen too close to my Calc 2 class. Morgul, can you and D-Mark get those? I might be able to get the one at Quiznos also, but no promises. (Boulder's such a long drive!)

Greetings everyone,

I stumbled across the 'I Love Bees' phenomena a week ago, and after getting myself relatively up to speed on the whole thing, am extremely interested in becoming part of it. I plan on taking tuesday off of work to go axion hunting, but since I've never done it before, I was wondering if I could get some tips, or even meet up with a group who knows what they're doing. I was thinking of going after any of the Metro Campus and Union Station ones, whichever haven't been staked out, I suppose. If anyone wants to help me through my first axion, that'd be most appreciated.

Greetings Durandal!
It's always nice to have a new crew member Very Happy Sure, no problem. I'll be at the ones at metro, and I think that a couple other people will be there too. Just show up an hopefully we'll all find each other. If you need directions, click here. Just click on the location you wanna go to (probably metro or union station or both) and mapquest will show you how to get there! Also if you look down the page, I made a handy dandy map of metro so you know where all the phones are. Alas, I won't be at Union Station, but I think Morgul will (if he decides to skip his calculus class again Razz ) Hope to see you there 'cause it's gonna b a partay! (ok i stop now)

I worked so hard to get an axion here in colorado springs and it looks like i wont even be there to answer it. Cedmond, its all up to you brotha! If I am not down at schriever AFB tomorrow at that time I will meet you there. Otherwise I'll be working and I wont even be able to watch the axions light up. what a day.

Good morning, axon hunters. The recipe7 page has been updated with the sound-clip titles and there is a minor change. Basically everything after Metro (from Somewhere-in-Longmont on) has been bumped up a minute earlier. If you need to check axon times/locations, you can do so here.

Way to go Cedmond! Up in Denver we had more people with us. crystalx3d and I were there, and we met up with D-mark and Durandal, so we now have like 4 axon hunters in Denver! We answered all of ours, but 2 of us got the question wrong! We got the first 4 fine by saying "bees", but then I tried to get the next and when I said "bees" it said it was incorrect! It made me so mad! I must not have enunciated or something. We answered one more correctly, then failed on the last one at auroria (durandal answered that one). We then went to Union Station, and durandal and D-mark both answered with "bees" and it was correct! My guess is the voice recognition isnt very good so it didn't realize we actully said bees. It makes me even madder because the one durandal answered would have unlocked another sound clip (it is only missing one)! Oh well, better luck next week, at least each of the new comers got to answer an axon correctly, and that's what counts in my opinion. Getting as many people into this is my main goal. I'm trying to convince my chem lab partner to come next week, but she thinks I'm crazy.
