The shoe thing and the crown and head and belt loop thing goes with Orion!!

The bright star that forms Orion's left shoulder is Betelgeuse. The name of this star means "The Armpit of the Central One" in Arabic,

True, but "go ask the hunter" is probably not looking for a single word or phrase as the others were, as there is no number after it. It is more likely a clue to the nature of the solution provided by the other answers...

Here's a directory of all the embedded media I've found. The src subdir has all the image versions my script has found. edit: my script just started picking up a third variant of a few images.
