 		Newcomer needs some help
hey ppl i have just found out about this thing and i want to know how to get involved with it. i listened to some of the audio files, if anyone can help me please let me know

Welcome! You might want to take a look at the Fireflies Wiki, especially the Quick Start section.

I'm sure that this is in the "quick start" section that Shad0 pointed out, but if you're looking for a short synopsis of what's going on, I'd read the right-hand sidebar of Dana's blog.

Also, you mentioned that you've listened to some of the audio files, but if you're looking to listen to them in order, the humptydumpty page is a good compilation.
